2005 - 2007

VP Business Development Marketing and Sales, consultant full time . Provided executive leadership for a start up company in the Supercapacitor business. Developed and executed an Exit strategy that successfully brought an acquisition of the company for accumulated $4.7M, although the company did not have production capacity or backlog orders . Secured additional investment of $3M.
Successfully achieved this mission- to bring the company to an exit with out production capacity was a result of awareness in the engineering community to the company and it's product, definition and configuration the products, implementation of an indirect business strategy by assigning distributors and rep globally and introduced the company to prominent capacitors manufacturers in the US, Europe and Japan such as EPCOS, ARCOTRONICS, ELNA, CDE, KEMET, NCC MAXWELL etc. I developed relationships and long term partnership with these companies.

Developed collateral and working relationships with PR agency as well as with the press.
Current inventors invested a substantial additional sum in the company as a show of confidence in company's position due to my work and performance .
