The cultural & cross cultural topic is a cord guiding me along all my life.
I've been brought up in a region shuttered by crises as a result of a scarceness of sensitivity to cultural diversities, I'm a graduate of TOM studies & the cross cultural business is a significant component of my professional track in the past 15 years.
It was parting of my work first in the public sector and then in the private sector as a director in one of the largest Tourism wholesalers where I managed the geographical tours department where I richly riches a lot of experience in cross cultural negotiations. My wife herself immigrated as a chilled from the former U.S.S.R
We have 2 lovely children.
In addition I'm currently working as a free lance trainer of personal growth trainings.
I'm strong believer in the human spirit and my main objective is to look how to simplify human complexes, in order to create & increase cooperation.
I would especially want to get in contact with people that find importance in the cross cultural issue in the professional and/or individual level and who find the cross cultural challenge - not a limitation but a crane into a solid communication, success & prosperity.
